You'll be working on our platform, building new product features and extending existing ones, working alongside a product designer, as well as spending time addressing issues to make sure our platform is operating at its best.

We are currently consolidating our recruitment products and improving their functionality. We are also improving our services to candidates. Everything is built on a Ruby on Rails monolith using Hotwire and Stimulus for the front end. 

Some of the things we’ve done lately:

  • Registration process for virtual events integrating with an external event platform
  • Reviewing and updating navigation for our recruitment tools to improve the user experience to improve our customers' work day to day.
  • Upgrading our system to the latest version of both Rails and Ruby and to use YJIT and Jemalloc

We're looking for a generalist with a strong track record of working with full-stack web development. Preferably someone that's been using Ruby on Rails and that who knows their way around the different technologies that constitute a web stack. Someone who can take responsibility and ownership and who can manage themself. Someone who can understand what actions need to be taken to reach the goal. Someone who knows when to overachieve and when good enough is good enough, and who understands that the customers are crucial for the company's existence.

Having a Computer Science degree is great but not something that we care too much about. What's important is that you have the right drive and the skills needed to do the job and that you are eager to continue learning.

Being a distributed team, it's important that you can communicate concisely and effectively in writing using English. 

This is a remote position but we prefer candidates that are close to the Central European time zone.
